I have been the coach for the Baltic Boy's Basketball team for the past 8 seasons. The one thing that our program prides itself is having individuals who put the teams success in front of their own. We believe a team concept will allow you to be more successful than any one player on their own. Individual play only gets that player so far. When a group of young men believe that they can achieve a goal, with hardwork, we can get there.
Jay Bilas' Toughness
Jay Bilas was a great basketball player for the University of Duke in the 80's. He has been a great ambassador for the game of basketball for almost 30 years. He defines toughness as a set of skills that a basketball has outside of their athletic capabilities
